Eva May Sharp

     Eva May Sharp, age 82, of Marion, Ohio passed away on March 2, 2021, at 6:45 AM at her home. She was born  in Marion, Ohio on May 14, 1938 to the late Robert Harold and Sylvia (Mooney) Byers. Eva married Charles Sharp on March 17, 1956 in Marion and he preceded her in death on January 4, 1995.  She was of the Baptist faith and a member of AmVets #138. She was employed at several different companies, lastly working for J-Lenco before her retirement. Eva is survived by 2 sons; John (Carol) Sharp & Charles "Doc" Sharp both of Marion, OH., 3 daughters; Patricia Sharp & Carrie Sharp both of Marion and Brenda Sharp of Middleport, OH., a brother; Robert H. Byers of Marion, OH., 13 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren. Eva was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Charles, 1 brother, and 8 sisters. Friends may call at the Boyd Funeral Home on Friday, March 5, 2021, from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM. Rev. Nathan McBeth will be officiating with burial to follow in the Marion Cemetery. The wearing of masks and social distancing will be observed.
