Adalene (Hall) Little

Adalene Little passed away at her home and called to spend eternity with her Heavenly Father on August 16, 2024, in Marion, Ohio. She was 88 years old.
Adalene was born on April 16, 1936 in Wheelwright, Kentucky to Marlin and Dorothy Hall. She married Jay Little at a young age, and this union produced three children. She was a homemaker her entire life and was very passionate about her appearance and kept a home like none other. She always looked as if she just walked out of a Glamour magazine and into a Home catalog.

Adalene is survived by two daughters, Sandi (John) Conley of Marion, OH, Sharon  Shabdue of London, OH; Son Jay Little (Sherry) of Marion, OH; brother, Palmadge Hall of TN; sister, Alpha Dean Woods of Marion; brother, Danny Hall of TN; three grandchildren, ten great-grandchidlren, and one great-great granddaughter. She is preceded in death by her father, Marlin Hall, mother, Dorothy Hall, husband, Jay Little, Jr., and brother, Ronald T Hall.

A Graveside Service will be held at Marion Cemetery on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 11:00 am with Rev. Barkley Slone officiating. No public calling hours will be observed. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Faith Baptist Church at 706 E. Mark St., Marion, OH  43302. The family would like to say a special "Thank You"  to Trina Burkette, Candi Wells, and Capital City Hospice, who through all their hard work and excellent care made it possible for Adalene to remain in her home until she was finally called home.
