Barbara Ann "Susie" Nichols

     Barbara Ann “Susie” Nichols, age 80, of Green Camp, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 5:55 AM from the Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. She was born on December 3, 1943 in Ramsey, W. VA. to the late Haskell and Anna (Crookshanks) Meador.  On December 9, 1961 Barb married Charles D. Nichols in Summersville, W. VA. and he survives in Green Camp, OH.

     Barb was a past council member of Green Camp Township. She was employed for 30 years as a Post Master for the United States Postal Service until her retirement in 2003. Surviving along with her husband are a son, Charles D. Nichols Jr. of Green Camp, OH., a daughter, Delilah “Kim” Breslin of Columbus, OH., 2 sisters, Sharon Meador & Eva May Legg both of Victor, W. VA., 4 grandchildren, Joshua (Sarah) Nichols, Tony Nichols, Ramsey Breslin, and Brian Breslin and 2 great grandchildren. Barb was preceded in death by her parents, and 2 brothers, Edward Ramsey & Kyle Meadows.

     Friends may call on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at the Boyd Funeral Home from 1:00 PM until service time at 2:00 PM. Pastor Steve Phillips will be officiating and burial will take place at a later date.
