Cheryl’s greatest joy and love in life came from her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was often found in the stands cheering on her grandkids and made it to as many events as possible. She hosted countless sleepovers with her grandchildren, even into their teenage and adult years.
Cheryl enjoyed traveling around the country with her friends and family and had many treasured years wintering in Florida with her dear friends Cathy and Leroy Pierce.
She held a deep and unwavering Christian faith that guided her throughout her life.
For the past 18 years, she made her home with her daughter, Andrea, and family, where she was surrounded by constant love and support. She shared a special bond with her son-in-law, Ron Young, whom she loved as her own. Despite many health challenges in recent years, she remained independent with Andrea’s attentive care.
