Danielle McCormack

Danielle McCormack, age 38 of Marion, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on June 8, 2024 at Grant Medical Hospital.

Danielle was born on March 24, 1986 in Marion, Ohio.

Those who will cherish her memories include her daughter, Destinee, her mother, Laura (Dave) Smith of La Rue, Ohio; her father, Ben McCormack, Sr. of La Rue, Ohio; her siblings: Amber Tackett of Marion, Ohio, Savannah (Marty) McCormack of Marion, Ohio, Kim McCormack of La Rue, Ohio, Ben (Kylie) McCormack of Marion, Ohio and Kyle (Brittany) Smith of La Rue, Ohio; her significant other, Jason Edwards; her step-children: Chevy Edwards and Levi (Kristin) Edwards, Debbie (Josh) Fellows and Lindsey (Mike) Liggett; her mother-in-law, Debbie Edwards and father-in-law, Mike Edwards;  her grandparents, Peggy Rowland and Judy Landon; and her numerous grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, friends and family.

Her favorite things were riding motorcycles, road trips, rooting for Ohio State football and spending time with her family and friends.  She loved being with the Road Grimes M.C. and most of all spending time with her daughter, Destinee and significant other, Jason . She will truly be missed by family and friends.

Please join us for: Danielle’s Last Ride, All Bikes Are Welcome. Friends and family may come to honor Danielle’s life from 5pm to 7pm on Monday, June 17, 2024 and Tuesday, June 18, 2024 from 11am to 12pm at Boyd Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 starting at 12pm at the funeral home.  A burial will follow the funeral service at Agosta Cemetery. Per family’s request, if you can please wear your favorite Harley Davidson and/or OSU attire but not required.  Donations may be given in care of the Boyd Funeral Home, 122 West Columbia Street, Marion, Ohio 43302 in assisting with funeral expenses and/or care of Destinee McCormack.  The Boyd Funeral Home is honored to be serving the McCormack and Smith families.
