Darla Jean Rinbolt

Darla Jean Rinbolt, age 70 of Marion, passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at her home. On September 17, 1949, she was born to the late Clifford and Anna (Sanborn) Lockard in Marion, and on April 29, 1968, she married her husband Art E. Rinbolt, who preceded her in death on June 12, 1988.

Darla was a member of the Whites Oaks Road Freewill Baptist Church, and she spent many years working at Morral Chemical.

She is survived by her son Art W. (Killeen) Rinbolt of Marion; her daughters Tammy K. (Ed) Mahaffey of Marion, Brenda J. (John) Mullin of Nevada, Ohio, Kimberly S. (Larry) Ward of Marion, and Jamie L. (Dennis) Lucius of Shelby, Ohio; her brother James Lockard of Marion; her sisters Pam (John) Hoffer of Marion and Sheila (Roger) Sams of Columbus; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019 from 11 am to 1 pm at the White Oaks Road Freewill Baptist Church, 1859 White Oaks Rd., Marion, Ohio. Services will take place at 1 pm at the church with Pastor Danny Dickerson officiating. Burial will follow at Grand Prairie Cemetery.
