Debrah Gayle Davis

     Debrah Gayle Davis, age 72, of Prospect, Ohio passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at 10:30 AM in the Marion General Hospital. She was born on April 13,1951 in Marion to the late Paul Albert and Garnet (Akers) Davis. Debrah married Michael L. Davis on November 17,1973 in Marion, Ohio and he survives in Prospect. She was a 1969 graduate of Harding High School. Deb was employed for 9 years as manager of lady’s ware for the Walmart Dept. Store.

     She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Michael Davis, 2 daughters, Patty French and Jodi Rae McConnell both of Prospect, OH., a son, Michael I. Davis of Marion, OH., 2 half sisters, Paula Gallant of Galion, OH. & Cheryl Davis of Florida, 6 grandchildren, Michael, Mark, Steven, Joey, Mallory, & Jeremy, and 3 great grandchildren. Also surviving are a sister-in-law, Alfreda Davis of Marion, OH. & lifelong friend, Judy Crabtree of Marion, OH. Deb was preceded in death by her brother, Paul R. Davis and daughter, Julie Ann Davis.

     Friends may call at the Boyd Funeral Home on Friday, August 4th, 2023, from 4:00 PM until  7:00 PM. Pastor David Rush will conduct the funeral service in the funeral home on Saturday at 10:30 AM with burial to follow in the Prospect Cemetery. Contributions in Deb’s name may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
