Donna Lee Foreman

Donna Lee Foreman, 92, Marion, OH, passed away on December 10, 2024, here in Marion. On June 14, 1932, her late parents, Grant Herman and Elva Sewell, welcomed her into the world. She would go on to find the love of her life, David Foreman, and have a 30 plus year marriage before David would precede her in death in 2016.

Donna graduated from Marion Technical College as an RN. She would end up going to St. Joseph College with a bachelor’s degree. After graduating, she worked for the Marion City Schools as a registered nurse for 20 plus years before retiring. She was a caring person and loved to take care of children. In her free time, she enjoyed being creative and crafty. Donna had a green thumb when it came to plants as well.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two children; Kimberly Hypes and Doug J. (Marianne) Hypes.

Continuing her memory and legacy is her son; David E. (Lisa) Hypes and, her daughter, Beckey (Wayne) Scott, her stepchildren; Donald Scott (Laura) Foreman, Michael Grant Foreman, Jill Ann Frentrop, her grandchildren; Cameron D. (Sarah) Hypes, Julia M. (Will Johnston) Hypes, Jessica (John) Miller, Kari (Ben) Lynn, Delaney (Cayden) Richter, Riley (Adam) Ginman, and Keira Foreman, and her nine loving great-grandchildren.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Donna and her loved ones at a later date.

In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that all donations to be made to the Homeless to Home Cat Sanctuary.
