Everett Caskey

Everett Caskey, age 93 of Caledonia, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Fairhaven Community in Upper Sandusky. On March 29, 1927, he was born to the late William H. and Florence (Buyer) Caskey in Marion County, and on March 18, 1953, he married his loving wife Gladys “Peggy” (Norton).

Everett was a farmer for 25 years before working as a custodian at River Valley High School for 30 years.

He is survived by his wife Peggy Caskey; his daughters Connie (Tim) Pack and Vicki (Randy) Parsell; his grandchildren Ryan (Wendy) Parsell and Jessica (Jason) Houser; 9 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents William and Florence Caskey and his brother Lewis Caskey.

Everett’s family looks forward to welcoming your smiling faces on Friday, February 19, 2021 from 10 am to 11 am at Claridon United Methodist Church, 4834 Marion Mount Gilead Rd., Marion, but they will understand if you are unable to attend. Services will take place at 11 am. Burial will follow at Claridon Cemetery.
