Franklin “Scott” Webb, known to everyone as, “Scott”, peacefully passed away at home on Monday, October 6, 2025.
Scott was born May 25,1958, in Kenton, Ohio, to his father Michael Webb, and his late mother, Barbara Klaus (Rose).
Scott was proud to serve his country as a member of the United States Air Force during the years of 1978 to 1982, where he was recognized for receiving the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, Air Force Longevity Service Ribbon, and the Air Force Good Conduct Medal. He was also recognized by all as a respected hard worker who was self-employed for 40 plus years in the fields of construction and created several enterprises in real estate such as Rock Ford Yard LLC. He was an animal lover, and his closest companion and best friend was his beloved dog, “Ginger”. She stayed by Scott’s side until his passing.
Scott is preceded in death by his mother Barbara (Klaus) Rose.
He is survived by his Father; Michael Webb, Sister; Michelle (Todd) Woodworth, Nephews; Garrett (Brittany) Webb, and their children; Chloe and Aiden, Aaron (Destinee) Webb Sr., and their children; Aaron Jr. and Dezlyn. He is also leaving behind a host of many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
There will be calling hours at the Boyd Funeral Home on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. There will be a memorial service starting at 12 p.m. The internment service will be at Marion Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made out to the Marion Humane Society.
