Gladys "Peggy" Caskey

     Gladys “Peggy” Caskey, age 93, formerly of  Marion Co. passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021, at 10:06 AM in the Fairhaven Community, Upper Sandusky, Ohio. She was born in Marion County on August 10, 1927 to the late Lewis A. and Gladys Katherine (Swihart) Norton.  Peggy married William Everett Caskey in Marion, Ohio on March 18, 1953 and he preceded her in death on February 16th of this year. The lifelong homemaker is survived by two daughters, Connie (Tim) Pack & Vicki (Randy) Parsell both of Caledonia, OH., two grandchildren, Ryan (Wendy) Parsell & Jessica (Jason) Houser, 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, husband William, a grandson, Shawn Allan Pack, 3 brothers, Stephan P., Robert, & Bud Norton, and 2 sisters, Clara Garrison & Bonnie Alexander.

     Friends may call at the Claridon United Methodist Church on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM. Officiating will be Jason Martin with burial to follow in the Claridon Cemetery. Contributions in Peggy’s name may be made to Heartland Hospice or to the Wyandot Council on Aging.
