Herman D. Daniels

Herman D. Daniels, age 76 of Sycamore, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024 at his residence.

Herman was born on February 18, 1948 to the late Elbert and Alma (Cole) Daniels in Ironton, Ohio.  On July 3, 2004, he married Sandra Siefert in Washoe County, Nevada.

He enjoyed working on his cars and riding his bike.  He was a big Buckeye fan. Also, Herman loved being with his family.  He will be missed by family and friends.

Herman was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert Daniels and Alma (Cole) Murphy; his grandson, Cody Duncan; his brothers, Proctor Daniels and Pearl Daniels and his sister, Joyce Rayburn.

Those who will cherish his memories include his wife, Sandra Daniels of Sycamore, Ohio; his daughter, Juanita Reale of Marion, Ohio; his sons: David (Marlyn) Daniels of Marion, Ohio and Gary (Debbie) Daniels of Marion, Ohio; his step daughters: Rhonda (Carl) Baldwin of Bucyrus, Ohio and Renee (Joey) Gray of Norwalk, Ohio; his sister, Brenda (Larry) Davis and his grandchildren: Anthony Daniels and Garrett Daniels; his step grandsons: T.J, Dakota, Skylar and Austin and his four great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 starting at 11am at La Rue Cemetery in La Rue, Ohio with Rev. David Rush officiating.  The Boyd Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Daniels family.
