Jerry Dean Tati, age 58, of Marion, OH, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2026, in the care of the Marion General Hospital. On August 3, 1967, Jerry was born to his late father, Charles Tati, and his mother, Donna Dye, in Marion, OH.
Jerry worked as a driver for Goodwill Industries for 5 years. He was a lover of animals and raised many different animals with his significant other for 32 years, Brenda Barnett He also enjoyed fishing. Other than animals, he liked to collect knives and OSU memorabilia. When he was younger, he played baseball. When he got older, he enjoyed watching crime shows like N.C.I.S. and going shopping. He had a love for being outside and got into walking, gardening and fishing. Jerry loved his coffee and was known for drinking six pots of coffee a day.
Jerry leaves his memories and stories to be cherished by his mom, significant other, son, Ray Howard, daughter, Brenda Howard, his grandchildren, Dustin Millisor, Thomas, and Bianca, Mariah Howard ,his Nieces and Nephews Donna Rose, John Jr., Michael and Dylan and his two great-grandchildren, siblings Charles Tati, and Cinda Robertson, and Many Great Nieces and Nephews.
The Tati family invites his loved ones and friends to the Boyd Funeral Home to join them for a graveside service held at the Marion Cemetery at 1 p.m. Pastor Joe Harrison will be officiating the service
