Judith Virginia (Rhoades) Walden

Judith Virginia Walden, age 76, of Marion, passed away at her residence on June 21, 2025. Judith was born to the late Albert and Ruth Maxine (Jones) Rhoades in Marion, on March 12, 1949. Judith worked for Cardington Schools as a custodian for over 8 years before retiring.

Judith was a member of Shepards Fellowship and known to be a feisty yet generous people person. Judith loved her family and would spend as much time as she could with them. She also loved going to McKinnley park to watch the wildlife.

Judith is survived by sons, Shawn and Anthony Holloway, sister Maxine Lacey, nieces and nephews, Heather Selman, Keely Harsanje, Derek Rhoades and Ashlee Ratliff and Chad and Chantell Lacey, grandchildren Jessica Holloway, and Jon and Bella Oswald, and great-grandchild Carly Holloway and  Erin Brookins.

Judith was preceded in death by brother Albert Rhoades.

There will be a celebration of life memorial service for Judith at the Lincoln Park on Saturday June 28, 2025, at 10am with Pastor Tom Hypes officiating. Food will be provided but the all our encouraged to bring a dish. Memorial contributions in Judith's honor can be made to the family.
