Kathleen Karen (Kline) Hardesty

Kathleen "Kathy" (Kline) Hardesty, age 73, of Marion, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Marion General Hospital, with her son and daughter at her side.

She was born on March 11, 1947 in Marion, Ohio to the late Harry and Beulah (Hesson) Kline.

She was married to William " Bill" Hardesty, who preceded her in death.

Kathy practiced her faith at Espyville Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking for her family during the holidays. She enjoyed watching her great grandson play baseball. Our mom, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend left this world on the wings of a hummingbird, with all of her angels leading the way to her paradise.

Kathy is survived by: her daughter, Kristy (Fox) Foster of Marion OH and her son, Rob Fox of Richwood, OH; her granddaughters, Heather Foster of Marion and Beth Fox of South Carolina; great-grandchildren, Jarryn Mustard and Cole Foster both of Marion OH; along with sisters, Dee and Ellen; brothers Russ, Hank, Rocky and Tim.

Besides her husband and parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her sister, Susie and two of her grandsons, Steven Foster and Jaycob Fox.

            Family and friends may call Wednesday September 30, 2020 11am to 12pm at the Boyd Funeral home, with a graveside service to follow at 12:30pm at the Marion Cemetery. Family and Friends are reminded that precautions are being taken in order to help slow the spread of Covid-19 and their patience is greatly appreciated.
