Lois (Dorfe) Eaton

Lois Ann (Dorfe) Eaton, age 87 of Marion, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at Marion General Hospital. She was born to the late Harold “Pete” and Carrie (Rodgers) Dorfe on March 21, 1937.

She was preceded in death by her husband Donald L. Eaton, Sr., her son Mark Baker, and her sisters Marlene and Glena.

Lois had six children: Charles and Connie Baker, Mark Baker, Phyllis Franklin, Jerry and Pam Miller, Kim Miller, and Lorri Miller. She had eleven grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews. Surviving sisters include Betty and Nancy, and surviving brothers are Pete, Bob, and John.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 from 9 am to 11 am at the Boyd Funeral Home. Services will take place at 11 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Grand Prairie Cemetery.
