Lynn Newman Lawrence

In the arms of her loving family, Lynn Newman Lawrence passed away January 27, 2025, in Timonium, Maryland. Lynn was born February 27, 1947, to the late John and Maizie Marie (Mawer) Newman in Marion, Ohio. Lynn married her hometown sweetheart Roger Lawrence and together they raised two children. Although they were no longer married, the two remained
great friends.

Lynn devoted the early years of her adult life to raising her two children. Once her children were grown, Lynn began her career as a successful Real Estate Agent. Lynn was also deeply committed to giving back and spent a lot of her time volunteering at women’s shelters and leading Bible study for incarcerated men. Lynn was also extremely involved in the lives of her grandchildren, offering them the same love and devotion she had given her own children. Though she had many interests, her greatest joy was always found in the company of her family
and friends.

Lynn is survived by her daughter, Kelly Tamberino; son, John Lawrence; five grandchildren, Sierra Tamberino, Joseph Tamberino, Ashton Lawrence, Emma Lawrence, and Reese Lawrence; grandson-in-law, Daniel Murphy; granddaughter-in-law, Corey Webb; two great-grandchildren, Theodore Murphy and Maeve Tamberino; as well as many extended family members and dear
friends.

Friends and Family are invited to the visitation of Lynn N. Lawrence on Saturday, February 8th, 2025 from 11am until 1pm with the funeral for Lynn starting at 1pm at the Boyd Funeral Home in Marion, Ohio. The committal service will take place immediately following the funeral service at Green Camp Cemetery in Green Camp, Ohio. The Boyd Funeral Home is honored to be assisting Lynn’s family in their time of mourning.
