Mark Gregory Myers

Mark Gregory Myers, 63, of Sycamore, OH, passed away at the OSU Medical Center at the Rhodes Towers. On August 27, 1958, he was born to the late Harold Ray Myers and Ruby Helen Burge. He would later marry Eva Myers on November 3, 1982, in Marion, OH.

Mark received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Franklin University. He would go on to work as an accountant for 20 years. Before working, he enlisted to serve in the U.S. Navy from 1976-1980. The best part of his life despite all these accomplishments would be spending time with his grandchildren. He loved them very much and enjoyed their time together. In his free time, he could be caught watching the OSU football team or any Big Ten sports program. He also enjoyed listening to Christian Music.

Mark is preceded in death by both parents, and his brother, Cameron “Craig” Myers.

He is survived by his wife, sons; Nick (Holly) Myers of Newark, OH, and Justin (Jennifer) Myers of Delaware, OH, his brothers; Keith (Rachel) Myers) of Upper Sandusky, OH, James (Kari) Myers of Galion, OH, Jeffery Myers of Marion, OH, and Harold (Florine) Myers of Texas, sisters; Carol Myers of Marion, OH and Nina Myers of California, grandchildren; Oliviah, Owen, Parker, Brady, Edwin, and Guinevere, and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

The Myers Family would like to invite Mark’s loved ones and friends to the Boyd Funeral Home for visitation hours on June 10, 2022, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. There will be a memorial service taking place immediately after the visitation at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.  Pastor Chad Davis will be officiating the service. The Boyd Funeral Home is honored assist the Myers family in their time of need.
