Martin Anthony Butterman

Martin Anthony Butterman, 56, of Marion, OH, passed away at his residence on July 9, 2025. On October 17, 1968, he was born to his late parents, Merrill Allen Butterman, Sr. and Delia Josephine Jones, right here in Marion.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Merrill Allen Butterman, Jr., and his sister, Marybeth Butterman.

He is survived by his children, Craig Toombs and Kara Stogner, his sister, Deanna Brophy, grandchildren, Emilee Stogner, Elizabeth and Kaylee Relation, as well as three nieces, one nephew, numerous cousins, aunt, uncles and friends.

He graduated from Ridgedale high school and tri rivers of class of 89. Martin also went on to Graduated from Aibt with an associate degree in Automated Retail. Martin loved working on things like building car models, always looking for different ones in the store that he hadn't built yet, but what he loved the most was rebuilding cars. When he wasn't building cars he would enjoy a nice game of Solitaire. He was very much loved by friends and family, he would help anyone that needed him. He will be surely missed.
