Mitchell Dutton, Jr.

Mitchell Dutton, Jr., born March 11, 1945 in Louisa, Kentucky, went to be with his wife Roxie L. Foust Dutton on October 21, 2021.

Mitchell proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, and he later retired from Whirlpool/Purex after over 30 years of work. He loved to play golf and mow the yard, anything to keep the hardworking man busy.

He is preceded in death by parents Mitchell Dutton, Sr., and Minnie Shannon Dutton; one brother, Woodrow (Buster) Mamie Dutton; sisters Minerva Dutton Childers and Linda Dutton Crum; son-in-law Kevin L. Gattshall; and great-granddaughter Taniah Myles.

He is survived by children Robin Gattshall, Rocky (Heather) Manns, and Nancy (DenDa) Bails; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a special niece, Janice (Rick) Depottey.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 142 Olney Ave., Marion, Ohio, from 4 pm to 8 pm. Please join us to celebrate a great man.
