Norma J. Lewis

Norma J. Lewis, age 97 of Marion, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at Wyndmoor of Marion. On November 2, 1925, she was born in Marion to the late James R. and Alma (Rayner) Eddy, and in November of 1946, she married her late husband Martin V. Lewis.

Norma retired from the Dairy Mart after 25 years of work. In her younger years, she enjoyed bowling, and most recently, she loved word searches and her Lifetime TV shows.

She is survived by her sons James M. Lewis, Robert G. Lewis, and Richard A. Lewis; her daughter Donna L. Evert; 10 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Martin Lewis; her parents James and Alma Eddy; her son Gary A. Lewis; her brothers James R. and Clarence R. Eddy; and her sister Donna L. Eddy.

The family will hold a private graveside service at Marion Cemetery at a later date.
