Patricia Sue Edens

Patricia S. Edens age 84 of Marion, Ohio passed away Saturday, April 18,2026 at Marion General Hospital in Marion, Ohio. 

She was born May 4th, 1941 in Leewood, West Virginia to Frank and Juanita (Barnett) Hawkins. On April 15th, 1960 she married Herbert E. Edens. Patricia was a seamstress for many years and a homemaker. She is survived by two sons, William D. (Karen) Edens of Nicholasville, Kentucky and Robert E. Edens of Marion, Ohio, eight grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert E. Edens and Brother Dean R. Hawkins. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 2nd from 4-7 PM at the Boyd Funeral Home. Beginning at 6 PM, there will be a moment of prayer with Pastor Keith Irey officiating. Burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Marion Area Humane Society.
