Roger Keith Hudnall

Roger Keith Hudnall, 77, of Marion, OH, went to prepare his heavenly home for his family on January 17, 2022. Born on March 10, 1944, he was welcomed into the world by his late parents Charles Earl Hudnall and Estella Mae Brickles. Roger would meet the woman who took his heart, Janet Louise Hudnall. They were joined by marriage on December11, 1965.

Roger worked at Sears for 32 years and the Matthew’s Auto Group for 17 years. He was a hard-working man, but he always put family first and made everyone smile. He had a great sense of humor and was often making others laugh. He loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren very dearly. Besides work and family, Roger loved riding motorcycles with his son and great-nephew (Mike). He was a true Ford guy and loved any kind but had a soft spot in his heart for Ford Ranger trucks. He enjoyed watching the OSU football games. In his younger years enjoyed taking trips with his wife, Janet.

Roger is preceded in death by his parents, brother; Larry Hudnall, and sister; Earlene.

He is survived by his wife, son; Chuck (Chris) Hudnall of Marion, OH, his loving sister; Dorothy Hudnall of Marion, OH, grandchildren; Rachael (Mason) Hudnall-Blanton, Courtney (Justin) Lehman-Robertson, Allyson Gwinner, and Ryan Gwinner, great-grandchildren; Addison Blanton, Oliver Robertson, and Finn Robertson, and many nieces and nephews.

The Hudnall family would like to invite loved ones and friends Monday, January 24,  for visitation hours from 10 to 12 p.m. at the Boyd Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held immediately following visitation hours. The internment service will take place at the Grand Prairie Cemetery following the funeral service. Pastor David Rush will be officiating all services. The family would like memorial contributions to go to the YMCA of Marion.
