Sharon A. Moore

Sharon A. Moore, age 79 of Columbus, formerly of Marion, passed away on Monday, May 31, 2021 at Mayfair Village Nursing Care Center. On March 24, 1942, she was born to the late Robert D. and Irene M. (Bower) Cadden in Chillicothe, Ohio, and on November 26, 1966, she married her late husband, Charles W. Moore.

Sharon worked as a nurse at Mount Carmel Hospital and later for herself as an Avon Representative, but her main job has always been as a stay-at-home mom. She loved her children dearly. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles.

She is survived by her children Tricia (Scott) Weimers, Robert (Donna) Moore, Chris (Teri) Moore, and Cheryl (Duane) Roller; her sister Judy Hutt; 8 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles W. Moore and her parents Robert and Irene Cadden.

Family and friends may gather in Sharon’s memory on Monday, June 7, 2021 from 12 pm to 1 pm at the Boyd Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 1:30 pm at Grand Prairie Cemetery. Burial will follow.
