Sherill J. Klee

Sherill Jean Klee, age 78 of Marion, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at her home. On February 2, 1945, she was born in Marion to the late Harold G. and Earlene (Foster) Christian, and on April 18, 1963, she married her beloved husband, James Matthew Klee.

Sherill worked for the Fuller Brush Company for several years. She was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes football fan, and she enjoyed trips to the casino as well as traveling with her sister. She also enjoyed card games and her euchre club, and during her younger years, she loved bowling.

Above all else, Sherill loved her family, and her grandkids and great-grandkids held a special place in her heart. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her sons James A. (Mary) Klee and Jason (Gina) Klee; her brothers Ronald Christian and Gary (Delores) Christian; her sisters Brenda Gates and Pollyann Auxier; her grandchildren Sean (Amanda) Klee and Kyle (Savannah) Klee; her great-grandchildren Hogan, Rowan, and Melody; her sister-in-law LaVerne Bohnstadt; her brothers-in-law Patrick Klee and Gregory Klee; and numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and -nephews who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Klee; her brother Kevin Christian; her parents Harold and Earlene; her brothers-in-law Jerry Gates and Kenny Auxier; and her sister-in-law Shirley Moore.
