Trudy Gorenflo

     Trudy Gorenflo, age 77, of Marion went to be with her Lord, on Friday, August 2, 2024, at 5:15 AM from the Marion General Hospital. She was born in Marion, Ohio on August 19, 1946 to the late Melvin and Helen (Longnecker) Seiter. Trudy married Ronald L. Gorenflo on May 10, 1967 in the Trinity Lutheran Church, Marion and he survives.  She was an active member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and a past member of the Children’s Conservation League. Trudy was employed with Macola and later EXACT Software for over 20 years before her retirement in 2014.

     Surviving along with her husband, Ron are 2 daughters, Kimberly Ann (Kevin) Emigh of Waldo, OH. & Jennifer (Daniel) Manley of Clarksville, TN., a son, Dr. Anthony (Shannon) Wetherington of Winchester, OH., 2  brothers, Jim (Chris) Seiter of Marion, OH. & John (Pam) Seiter of Waldo, OH., 2 sisters, Sherry (Keith) Merrick of Vermont & Connie (Tom) Roberts of Marion, OH., 4 grandchildren, Lane & Ashlyn Manley and Melannie & Nic Emigh, along with numerous nieces & nephews. Trudy was preceded in death by a son, Marc Alan Gorenflo and a grandson, Eric Emigh.

     Friends may call at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 4535 Smeltzer Rd., Marion, on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.  Pastor Adam Sornchai will be officiating. Following the funeral service, burial will take place in the Green Camp Cemetery.
