Virgina Lee Radebaugh, 75, of Marion, OH, passed away at the Kobacker House in Columbus, OH. She was born on March 12, 1950, to her late parents, John Adams and Louise Price, in Marion, OH. Virgina would go on and get married to her husband, Keith Radebaugh in Marion, on July 14, 2000. Virgina worked at the Mills Company for 15 plus years as an office manager before retiring. Virginia was a woman of faith and an avid church goer at the Pentecostal Believers in Christ Church. She influenced her family very much in that aspect. She was a collector of antique dolls and loved to cook as well. The family loved her Raspberry pie and Strawberry/Rhubarb pie. They also knew her as a pumpkin spice coffee enthusiast. She was the life of the party and known to be a joker. She enjoyed classical rock music like The Beatles and Rolling Stones. Virgina had a soft spot in hear heart for dogs, and loved her dog, Bella. Aside from all of that, she loved her family dearly.
Virgina is preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Michael Eugene Adams, and her sister, Mary Louise Coleman.
She is survived by her husband, Keith Radebaugh, her children, Rodney Alan Winters, Keith Alan Winters, Treff Hall Penniman, Teric Hanz Penniman, Christine Renee Winters, Lee Michael Radebaugh, brother, Jerry (Betty Lou) Adams, sister-in-law, Judith Eliane Moon, her cousins, Carol Kinney, Phyllis Reynolds, Vernon Holeman, and Cynthia Harper, 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and her dog, Bella.
The Radebaugh family would like to invite Virgina’s loved ones and friends to the Pentecostal Believers in Christ Church for calling hours on April 30, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. There will be a funeral service at 12 p.m. at the church. There will be an interment service held at the Neff Cemetery (Sixteen Cemetery) immediately following the service at the church. Minister Jerry Adams will be officiating all services. In lieu of flowers, donations in Virgina’s memory can be made out to the ASPCA or the Homeless to Home Cat Sanctuary.
