Willard “Bud” William Hessler, age 79, of Marion, passed away at home on April 22, 2026. Bud was born to the late Otto and Ada (Fassler) Hessler, in Marion, on January 31, 1947. Bud was a truck driver and drove truck for Marion Steel for over 30 years.
Bud loved the Ohio State Buckeyes Football team and would cheer them on whenever he got the chance. Bud’s biggest love was his family and being around them. His favorite passed time was debating with his family though many times it may have seemed more like arguing but it was also done in good fun and with love behind the words.

His sister Wilma (Jeanie) Brandyberry, Sister-In-Law Dollie Hessler, many great Grandkids and many nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased in death by his brother Roger Hessler; sister Betty Dillinger and his parents.
